Sit island lies in the Kornati archipelago, situated between Pašman and Žut. Covering 420,000 m², it embodies rare peace, privacy, and closeness to nature.

Surrounded by greenery uncommon for this landscape, Sit island offers a distinctive stay by the sea. Here, the days pass more slowly, while sunsets and early mornings, when sea and sky seem to become one, linger long in the memory.

The 60 m² house comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area. In front of the house, there are terraces set in the natural shade of wild vines, along with a barbecue.

Guests staying on the property enjoy complete privacy. There is also the option of renting a small boat with a 4 HP outboard motor, which takes around 40 minutes to reach Marina Žut, where you will find a shop and restaurants.

There is no organised public transport to the island. Arrival is arranged with the property owner from Murter, either by speedboat (45 min) or by fishing boat (two and a half hours).
